THE MIND, BODY AND SOUL.
Each 60 minute heart bursting class is completely unique with Jenna's original choreography. All movements are specifically designed to elicit joy and plenty of SWEAT! Participants can expect to challenge their bodies, stimulate their minds, and experience a deep shift in vibration.
The class curriculum covers different styles of dance including hip hop, jazz and musical theater.
Cardio Dance classes led by Jenna are offered every Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 pm and Sunday Service 9:30 am at The Suite Studio in Dover, NH.
THE PLAYLIST.
No proper cardio dance class is complete with out an upbeat playlist to match! Each song is hand picked to help participants tap into their inner dancer. This list includes many genres including techno, pop, and hip-hop.

Jenna is forever grateful to this community for welcoming her and her vision without hesitation since day 1. This class would not be what it is without them! She is always blown away by their willingness to shake it together and explore a whole world of body movement.
She tirelessly seeks to create a space that is welcoming to all that wish to move, dance, connect and to sweat. The world is our damn dance floor waiting for our collective sass and overall magic.
